A new day has come..
I'm feeling so sleepy right now. Last night I went to watch Vespertine perform at Prime College. Met the group members and they were funny people=) I realised i have been meeting lots of new people, from work especially and then last night. How long has it been since I've actually met new people? anyway Dragon Red was performing before that, and they were good! didn't know they were quite famous here. Vespertine performed well too to me, but not to the group members. It was my first time watching them so probably i would not know. I like their song 1939 from their album! it's a slow-rockish kind of song. get their album which has currently 5 songs in it! it's on sale for only RM10.
After their performance, we left the place which was at about 10pm. Jonathan, the drummer, had to drive down to KL from where we were to pick his gf up and send her home. i spent about an hour plus in the car! i thought i had to go back before 12am but the thought of having supper in Paramount tempted me to go! so about 11.45pm we reached paramount and ordered hokkien mee for 2 person, some thin noodles with the same cooking style as hokkien mee for 1 person and "yin yong" for 2 person. i learned a new thing yesterday, where they cracked an egg in your hokkien noodles. is that supposed to be normal? or am i really that jakun? i didn't even know you could eat cheesenaan with condensed milk!? and after eating the delicous hokkien mee, they just had to order another plate of it for 2 person. gods. 4 of us ate a meal which is for 7 people! but the food was yummilicious!
Sean and i are off moving on with our own lives now. i guess probably we need this time for ourselves to think through things. I am going to miss him, all those funny and happy times we had. I remember when he's lazy to cook, and we'd go out and buy pizza from Pizzahut, we'll walk along the pathway of UC and I'll go on saying "Goodday mate!" aloud, eventhough there were people there! and he always would want to shut me up cause it's embarassing! after getting our pizza, i would start running back! then he would start running too, and of course the short-legs wei cheng would not be able to catch up. in the end, i always lose the race. bahs! that was only one of the happy times:) there are lots more.. and of course there are the sad times too.. but i'm sure the happyjolly times outnumber the sad ones. i guess we need this time off each other. who knows what the future will be. we should just appreciate what we have now. to err is human, to forgive divine. he might find someone new, and i might too.. love is just so mysterious. oh well, who knows? hon faai pities the next guy i'm gonna be with! what the heck!
Gods.. since when did i become so optimistic?! don't ask me. it must be malaysia.
or maybe i'm just living in denial...
maybe it hasn't kicked in yet..
probably when i'm alone back in Canberra, then..
ignorance is bliss.. for now.
