Yesterday marked our(Justina and i) first year anniversary in Canberra! haha. yes, i know it sounds silly.. and it is ONE year anniversary.. not 9 months(we still count the three months summer holidays we were in Malaysia):P I can still remember reaching Canberra during winter, when it was all so cold, like now. Canberra looked like a dead place at that time.. with having such a small airport, dead trees everywhere (not that they're dead, they just look dead.. without LEAVES or FLOWERS), no cars around and dead city. Now, it doesn't look as bad anymore, at least probably now i'm used to it already.

Okay, now holidays.. have been screwing up my sleeping time! sleeping like around 4 to 5 in the morning and waking up at about 2 to 3 in the evening! And.. shops here close at 4.30pm!! great..! But it's so nice doing nothing, just sleeping, waking up to eat, online, watch tv, watching shows downloaded from DC, going out, and practically doing NOTHING:D no studies in the way.
Didn't go anywhere for holiday though, only went to Thredbo with Sean and Justina on Monday to see snow! hehe. i was so sleepy that day as I couldn't sleep cause it was too early, and we had to wake up at 4 in the morning as the bus leaves at 5.30am. Since we weren't going to ski, we couldn't find anything to do! We were like wandering around, finding what activities that people don't ski do! We were just practically waiting for meal times. In the end, we finally decided to sit the chairlift up, to see REAL snow:D hehe. well, pictures pictures!!

then, we started walking around the chalet.. as we really had nothing to do..

i haven't seen an iced up lake before!! coolness!
We then reached an open area where there was a bench to sit, so we just sat there, thinking of where to go next. While we were thinking..

At first, we were too slow.. or was it too fast? ahhaa either one. well, it goes from left to right. Then, we SUCCEEDED!
i love whatever this thing is, that's why i'm hugging it so tightly.. right..
we were bored, and we were thinking of poses.. heh

Then, we continued walking and decided to take the Meritt's Chairlift up!

not at the top, but this will do.. at least, it's the REAL snow! heh
Came back, feeling all exhausted.. but had to go for a friend's farewell thingy (which meant drinking sessions-.=). So well, yeah.. Hiroto (the person who was gonna leave) was totally smashed. oh well.. a few pictures!
